2023 alliance rifle club gun show
Meet with internal teams to learn more about new project details and give status updates on existing projects. Dr. Sharrelle Barber's research team is looking for virtual raters to assess neighborhood conditions in the Jackson MS area using Google Street View. This work is in support of an NIH-funded research project that seeks to understand the role of changing neighborhood environments in shaping cardiometabolic outcomes among African American adults in the Jackson Mississippi metropolitan area. The project is based at the Urban Health Collaborative at the Dornsife School of Public Health. Raters will complete 3-6 hours of training over the course of 1-2 weeks followed by 10-15 hours of self-paced rating per week. Training will begin in May 2023 and work will continue through August 2023. This position is fully remote.
